Collection Instructions : |
Must be filled to the line on the Coagulation Tube. Clinical/Family history and any warfarin/heparin use must be specified.
Please note that to receive a Medicare rebate for this test the request's clinical notes must include one or more of the following: PE; DVT; family history of PE/DVT; and/or thrombophilic event.
